Returns Policy

1.  In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase without supplying a reason, and receive at your election a credit to your account or refund less the cost of returning the Product to us or an exchange, unless the Product is:

1.1    Personalised for you or made to your specifications;

1.2     An eBook or other digital download, or other audio or video recording or computer software which has been unsealed; or

2. You are entitled to cancel your purchase of a book without supplying a reason, and receive a credit to your account less the cost of returning the product to us or a refund or an exchange, by emailing hello@iflsa.co.za within forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt of the product concerned to log the return.

3. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4.  If the Product qualifies for a return, it will be collected from you by our courier at an extra charge within 7 (seven) days of our acceptance of your return request.

5. It is your responsibility to make product available for collection during the seven day period, failing which the return may be cancelled by us. 

6. The Product must be in its original mint condition (unused and unread) with its packaging unopened (where possible).

7.  The cost of courier for the return will be borne by you unless the product delivered was defective or damaged thus unusable.

8. We will inspect the product on its arrival at our premises, in order to validate the return. If the Product does not qualify for a return, or is handed to us in a damaged or unsaleable condition, then the return shall be refused, no monies shall be credited to your account with us or refunded and we shall invoice you for our courier cost to return the product to you.

9. Regrettably, no returns or exchanges are permitted on international orders.

Refunds

10.  Any refund due to you shall be paid within 14 (fourteen) days after validation of return and refund. If you made payment by credit card, it will be refunded to that credit card account but if payment was made via direct deposit or EFT, valid banking details will be required for the refund ( refund payments will not be made to a third party bank account). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return or refund without receipt thereof, please contact us at hello@iflsa.co.za.

Damages and issues
11. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
12. Certain types of items cannot be returned e.g. custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
13. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have per instructions above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
